1. Do I need an appointment to try on wedding gowns?
Yes, Bridal Appointments can be booked directly on the website or by calling the store directly. (814-866-7790) Your 90 minutes bridal appointment with a Bridal Stylist will be confirmed via email within 24-36 hours depending on the day/time you have submitted on.
While walk-ins are welcome if there is a stylist and dressing room available, it is NOT suggested. More Info
2. How many guests can I bring to my bridal appointment?
You are welcome to bring up to 3 guests to join in the fun! There are 2 seats for each bride in the viewing area. If you have a 3rd guest, she'll be excited to join you in the bridal room itself! This allows us to give you the best experience without being overwhelmed with distractions.
3. When should I purchase my wedding dress?
Bridal Gowns are typically purchased about 7-12 months in advance. Special orders can take up to 6 months, depending on the designer. You'll also need to allow a few months for dress fittings.
Brides find it helpful to make other wedding related selections based on what their wedding dress looks like, colors, general vibe and inspiration, as well.
4. Do you offer a payment plan?
Of course! We're here to help. While many of our brides pay for their gowns in full at the time of purchase, but we require a minimum of 75% down to place a special order.
If you time allows, you are welcome to start with a 60% deposit and make payments monthly.
Payments can be conveniently made right on the website on the Payment/Make a Payment Page.
5. Do you offer returns or cancellations?
Due to the nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges.

Cancelled or postponed events need to be paid for in full and picked up by original event date.
